Located close to the walls of Castelo São Jorge, the spectacular Palácio Belmonte is one of the eldest complexes in Lisbon. Some parts of the building were built in 1449. The Palácio Belmonte was registered as national monument in 1997.
Luxury suites are appointed with furniture of the 17th and 18th century, antiques and oil paintings. They are perfectly in line with the African and Japanese artefacts, the ultra-modern sculptures and beautiful carpets which also adorn the hotel.
