Casa Camper is a stylish boutique design hotel is located in central Barcelona's Raval area, between Las Ramblas and the MACBA art gallery. The hotel is owned by the Spanish hipster footwear company. In keeping with the brand’s down-to-earth image, the hotel is pared-down and unpretentious.
Bedrooms all line one side of the corridor, facing out back of the hotel for maximum quiet and a view of the vertical garden. Across the corridor from each one is a private sitting room furnished with a flat-screen television, a hammock, and a balcony with a view down onto the street below. Bedrooms have platform beds and exposed shelving, each painted a deep solid red or green, each with an impressively modern and clinical all-white bathroom and just one touch of decadence: the enormous and plush white towels and robes.
A buffet breakfast in the lounge. As their is no minibar in the room, guests have access to a 24-hour snack area which includes free water, soft drinks and coffee, as well as sandwiches, salads, soup, sliced fresh fruit and desserts. The hotel's well-known restaurant "Dos Palillos" (with an El Bulli trained chef) offers Asian tapas.
24-hour front desk. Bicycle hire.
