Convent de la Missió
Convent de la Missió is a luxury boutique hotel set in a beautifully reformed 17th-century seminary with luxurious, calm interiors and an excellent restaurant, tucked away down an atmospheric laneway in Palma's old town. Interiors make the most of the space and light and the building's original features, such as the vaulted ceilings, are retained.
Rooms are decorated in a pure, minimalist style, with pale oak flooring and exposed beams and feature chic bathrooms.
The sleek restaurant Simply Fosh is by Chef Marc Fosh, considered one of the best chefs in Spain.
Other facilities include a Zen-inspired roof terrace, a whirlpool and sauna down in the old crypt and an art gallery featuring ceramic and photo exhibitions.
24-hour front desk.
