Swire has set the standard with this amazing hotel. Nestled on the top floors of the JW Marriott opposite Pacific Plaza, this is a great hotel to stay at. The arrival at the lobby, going up with the stairs, accompanied by staff to the hotel room, all match nicely. At first you think the room is quite small, until the door is opened to an amazing bathroom with views of the city. A lavish bathtub and an exellent shower. If you like No Chemicals (petrochemicals sulfates, parabens, etc.) you will love the Ren Skincare shower products, a lovely touch!!! The room is outfitted with complimentary beverages, a coffee machine, tea, as well as different cans with m&m\'s, cookies, nuts and sweets! The water is imported from the UK Llanllyr from Wales. The room is fully controlable with remote systems and has a lovely couch to snuggle on. For those of us, who have to work an ample desk has been provided with all the connectors easily setup in front of the desk. All rooms are outfitted with pieces of arts in the hall, the bedroom, bathroom. The Grey Cafe on the 58th floor has a relaxed atmosphere, with a fantastic menu for dinner and equally lovely breakfast. Of all the different boutique hotels reviewed in the region, only the Hansar in Bangkok comes somewhat close. If you enjoy a different experience, away from home, this is the place!
