Room facilities include air conditioning, a 42" flat-screen TV, an iPod dock, a minibar and bathrooms with walk-in showers with rainfall showerheads. Some have living rooms, balconies, free-standing tubs and floor-to-ceiling windows. Selected suites have 4-posters beds, duplex floor options and terraces with hot tubs.
Breakfast is complimentary. There is a restaurant with a terrace, a gift shop selling regional art and crafts and a library specializing in illustration and graphic design books.
The fifth-floor Sky Bar shares a spacious wooden terrace with the outdoor pool and offers a panoramic view of Mexico’s second-largest city. Sauna, steam room and fitness center.
