The Anticavilla boutique hotel is set in a restored colonial mansion in Cuernavaca's residential area of Vista Hermosa. Many of the building's striking original features were carefully retained while cutting-edge modern design and an décor inspired by 20th-century Italian painters were added. In the luscious tropical gardens you will find a lagoon-shaped pool and a spa offering a range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.

The spacious, minimalistic rooms designed by Bernardo Gómez Pimienta boats a striking, contemporary work of art on a feature wall. Decorated in inviting colour schemes and adorned with sumptuous fabrics they offer free WiFi and a free minibar, airconditioning and LCD TV/Blu-ray. Bathrooms come with a hydromassage shower and Bulgari amenities.

As night falls, guests can dine semi-al fresco under the soaring concrete roof of the VerdeSalvia restaurant. Not only serves VerdeSalvia gourmet Italian and Mexican cuisine, its cellar focuses mainly on Italian and local wines. A stylish bar also opens onto the garden terrace.

By day, visitors explore the local boutiques, restaurants, and historical sights of the city of Cuernavaca, often referred to as 'The City of Eternal Spring'. Alternatively visit the Zempoala lagoons, the Teopanzolco Aztec ruins and the Palacio de Cortes at ease.
