Originally a pub and a brewery, the two buildings were sensitively restored to create The Old Clare Hotel. Located in Sydney's up-and-coming Chippendale neighbourhood, this is a hip boutique hotel offering three unique restaurants (including Michelin starred chef Jason Atherton, former NOMA sous-chef Sam Miller and Momofuku Seiobo’s Clayton Wells), seventies-style bar and lounge and a rooftop swimming pool with bar.
Rooms on the lower 3 floors provide an unpretentious yet luxurious, semi-industrial feel and showcase the heritage aspects of the buildings with exposed brick, concrete, and timber paneling. Rooms on the top level are loft style with a more contemporary feel and include a generous lounge with bed and bathroom on an upper floor. All rooms feature king size signature beds, a curated minibar and HD-IPTV supporting wireless streaming, IP telephony for complimentary phone calls and toiletries by Triumph and Disaster .

• Unique: The brewery may be gone, but its semi-industrial feel, combined with sleek new elements, are the reason The Old Clare Hotel is now a neighborhood-defining property.
