The Brooklyn A Hotel
Situated between Brooklyn’s bustling Crown Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhoods, the Brooklyn A Hotel is set in a former industrial space.The lobby, where guests are served La Colombe coffee, has cobblestone floors, original wood columns and a statement chandelier composed of asymmetrical metallic blades and glittering silver chains. The lobby bar is outfitted in Colombian walnut wood with green sustainable velvet-like upholstered furniture, a communal table made from black basalt stone and porcelain hexagonal tiles by Settecento adorning the walls. All guestrooms and suites offer Nespresso machines and flat screen televisions. Oversized guest bathrooms feature white Porcelanosa tiles and gray recycled porcelain tiles from Piemmegres, rain showers and custom accent tiles from Brooklyn’s Lazer Marble.
