Hotel Emma is a hip design hotel, located at the Pearl Brewery complex in San Antonio. This mixed-use culture and culinary destination has a history that dates back to 1883 and is built on the site of the Texas largest brewery. It is made up of green spaces, events, a farmers market, retail outlets and a series of chef-led eateries plus the Hotel Emma. Interiors have a theatrical vision of deep-rooted Americana, with the old brewery’s early industrial features reimagined, repurposed, and reinvigorated.
Rooms fuse the industrial grit of the bygone brewery, the aesthetic of southern Texas hospitality, and the elegance of a luxury boutique hotel. Room facilities include a 48" flat-screen TV and icebox minibar. Bathrooms have custom-made tiles, porcelain vanities, brass plumbing fictures, robes, slippers, and amenities by Malin + Goetz. Some rooms feature a private terrace with views of the San Antonio River or of the city.
Supper serves a seasonal, farm-to-table menu of South Texas cuisine. The onsite market, Larder, offers local groceries, wine, beer, baked goods, flowers, meats and more. An intimate setting for craft beer, classic cocktails and wine is offered at the hotel's bar and club room, Sternewirth. Guests can also enjoy the library.
The hotel also offers a library, year-round outdoor pool, sun terrace and fitness centre. The hotel's bicycles can be used free-of-charge.
