Trumbull & Porter
The Trumbull & Porter began life as Detroit's Holiday Inn in the late 1960s. It moved from the Holiday Inn brand to become the Corktown Hotel with a name that paid homage to the Irish-settled area near downtown. Hotel bikes are in production using Detroit's bicycle manufacturer, Detroit Bikes while Anthology Coffee and Batch Brewing Company provides coffee and locally made craft beer. Features include an original mural created by Corktown artist Don Kilpatrick and the words of Detroit poet David Blair on display in the lobby.
