Good hotel, excellent price. We had a rather small room at the front of the hotel. Though the double (triple?) glazed windows holds back most street noise, for light sleepers or windows open better get a room at the back. Liked the clever lay out of the room with a sliding door that closes of the toilet, shower (good hot water) or sink - one at a time. The window seat is also a clever idea. Didn't have breakfast - plenty of places nearby and the bar didn't seem to be very happening. Though within a 10-minute walk you will find Munich's hippest quarter.
