The first luxury hotel to launch in the summer of 2017 will be Almanac Barcelona (main picture) offering 92 rooms and suites, located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalans. A stylish restaurant and bar along with a panoramic rooftop terrace, pool and lounge is sure to make this a standout.
Followed by Almanac Vienna in its homebase, the culturally rich hotel (122 rooms) is located on the Ringstrasse, which is arguably the most beautiful boulevard in the world. Currently undergoing a complete renovation, the previous Radisson Blu Palais Hotel will open with a sophisticated spa, business and conference center in 2020.
Further afield, the collection will include the new ultra-luxury Almanac Prague (204 rooms including 63 suites) sitting on the banks of the Vltava River in the city center. Opening 2021.
The Almanac Esplanade Zagreb in Croatia’s vibrant capital underscores the iconic nature of the group’s properties. Built in 1925 to accommodate passengers from the Orient Express Train the hotel has a legendary status. The hotel is scheduled to undergo major renovations while remaining in operation. In 2021 the property will then be relaunched as Almanac Esplanade offering 148 rooms and 60 suites.
In Budapest, the collection will include the Almanac Tüköry in the popular downtown section of the city. The property with 152 rooms (opening 2022) is located within the city’s 5th district and is in walking distance of all of Budapest’s major sights.
Another Radisson Blu, the 1923 Art Deco Alcon Hotel, Prague, will join the Almanac portfolio in 2022 after full renovations.
