Located on Paseo de la Reforma, one of the most iconic avenues worldwide, Sofitel Mexico City Reforma is the first luxury hotel to open in Mexico City in more than a decade.
A sophisticated and stylish address in the heart of Mexico City, the hotel boasts a stunning contemporary exterior and features 275 luxurious guestrooms, two elegant dining experiences and three bars, a Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane, a state-of-the-art fitness center and an indoor pool.
At the base of the hotel sits a restored house originally built in 1983; the historic structure was incorporated into the modern design of the 40-story building in order to preserve the city’s architecture and history, resulting in a dramatic and striking exterior built upon both contemporary and classic architecture and design styles.
Guests are welcomed by sweeping views of the Mexico City skyline on the lobby level on the 14th floor, where they can proceed to the next floor via an impressive sculptural staircase. Notably the tallest hotel in the Paseo de la Reforma corridor, guests will enjoy unrivaled city views from every corner of the property.
Sofitel Mexico City Reforma features 275 stylishly appointed guest rooms (including 56 duites) – located on the 15th through 37th floors, all with unparalleled views of Mexico City. Guestrooms are modern and spacious, dressed in serene and cool hues with playful touches of pink and blue, and complemented by contrasting materials, including textured walls, wood paneling and marble finishes. The hotel also features the elegant Imperial Suite, located on the 37th floor with over 3,300 square feet (300m2) of living space, including a separate living room and dining room with floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire suite.
Designed to maximize functionality without compromising luxury and ultimate comfort, guestrooms have thoughtful amenities such as bath products by French brand L’Occitane, Nespresso coffee machines and an extensive pillow menu, as well as intuitive technology from Bluetooth connectivity to automated window curtains.
