Hotel SP34 is a design hotel located in central Copenhagen in a bohemian area with vintage clothing shops, trendy restaurants, along with a wide selection of cafés and bars. Made up of three townhouses, SP34 is a masterclass in Danish design. It has a relaxed but lively atmosphere and features high ceilings, solid wood flooring and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves stuffed with curios, arty books and potted plants.
Rooms feature Danish design with neutral coloured walls, stripped floorboards and snow-white linens. There are sturdy desks, leather-clad chairs and low-hanging vintage globe lighting or desk-style reading lamps on the walls. Room facilities include a flat-screen TVA showing a variety of films and TV shows through YouBio. Some rooms also have a minibar and balcony, while the penthouse has a terrace with views over the city’s church spires and rooftops.
The hotel has a daily complimentray wine hour between 17:00 and 18:00. Restaurant Väkst offers Danish and international dishes and there is also an American diner “Cocks and Cows”. Din Nye Ven is an authentic neighbourhood coffee house. Other facilities include a rooftop terrace, on- site bicycle rental and a small cinema, which can be booked for private screenings.
