Katamama Suites at Desa Potato Head is a luxury boutique hotel located in Seminyak, Bali. Made by artisans, every detail has been handmade or handpicked, using Indonesia’s centuries-old traditions interpreted in a modern and timeless context. More than one million hand-pressed bricks were created for the building using a technique traditionally used in the building of Balinese temples.
All private suites are a expression of understated luxury and feature some of the largest living spaces of any hotel on the island. There is curated artwork, handpicked furniture and cherished collectibles, many of them from the owner’s personal collection. This attention to detail and craftsmanship accompanies a five star service delivered in a personalised and warm style by a family of individuals passionate about their craft.

The hotel’s restaurant MoVida serves Spanish cuisine and tapas and is the the first MoVida outside Australia, by celebrity chef Frank Camorra. There is also Akademi, a bar created by award-winning mixologist Dre Masso.
