Upon completion, the hotel will have 151 guestrooms and suites surrounding a courtyard in the center of the property, in addition to a restaurant, bar and outdoor garden. The property will also house a Spa at Mandarin Oriental with a number of treatment rooms, a swimming pool and fitness center.
