The DNA: Ever since opening their first hotel in Milan in 2004, the Italian jeweller has been quietly building a mini chain of contemporary luxe hotels “Made in Italy” in the world’s top spots. A consistent brand image (unusual for most chains), the new Paris outpost is no exception: Dedar fabrics, cashmere blankets and art by Gio Ponti. Naturellement, there is a top class Italian restaurant by three-star Michelin chef Niko Romito and guests can indulge in the Bulgari Spa with indoor pool.

Suite-Me-Up: The sprawling 1000m2 (92,900 sq ft) penthouse, comes with terraces and a landscaped hanging garden, filled with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. It occupies the top two floors, offering panoramic views of the city of the City of Light.
