The Area: On beautiful Palo Seco Beach, a 14 km stretch of coconut palms, backed by mangrove swamps known for its large variety of birds, which can be explored by jet ski and boat tours. A 40-minute drive takes guests to the breathtaking Manuel Antonio National Park. Visitors can experience the beauty of the area, the sounds of wildlife and the ocean, the breezes through the lush flora and local culture.

The DNA: Clandestino Beach Resort is a charming hotel located in the jungle. The restaurant serves local (fish) specialties and international cuisine and is sheltered by a 15 metre high roof of teak and palm leaves. There is also a cocktail bar, pool table and regular live music. In nearby Parrita you can also find several “sodas”, typical restaurants of the area. Other amenities include a turtle-shaped outdoor pool with a waterfall, as well as a jacuzzi. The hotel has a water purifying system making all water on property drinkable and hot water is available in the rooms.
