The Vibe: The fusion of Scandi style and Spanish charm rolls onto you in abundance.
The Area: Set in a mid-16th century building, once home to a soap factory, located where the Old Town meets Santa Catalina on namesake street Carrer de la Concepció.

The DNA: Nobis Hospitality Group’s first property outside Scandinavia, Concepció by Nobis is a boutique design hotel set in feauturing restored arches and pillars to contemporary lighting and furniture – which includes pieces from Artek, HAY, B&B Italia, Carl Hansen, and Örsjö – everywhere you turn, you’re hit with a face full of eye candy. The hotel’s trademark green and white watercolour-style handmade tiles are made by local ceramics brand, Huguet. They adorn all from the hotel lobby through several indoor and outdoor spaces to the bedrooms and, in particular, the epic bathrooms, where they run riot from the floors to the ceilings. Come evening, the hotel’s beating heart lies in Xalest, the in-house restaurant led by chef, Xema Alvarez. Serving a selection of tapas and pintxos alongside larger plates, it embraces Mallorcan food culture and the Spanish way of dining.
Suite-Me-Up: La Terrazza is the only room in the hotel with a terrace – a shaded one at that, overlooking the pool.
