Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens | Vouliagmeni

The Vibe: A Modernist marvel, yet authentically Greek.

The Area: Near Vouliagmeni, on the Athenian Riviera, 25 kilometres south of the city proper.

The DNA: The iconic, completely revamped Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens has been favoured since the 1960s by elite international and Greek clientele. In addition to the hotel, the peninsula, stretched across 30 hectares (75 acres) of pine-dotted and scenic landscaped gardens, also comprises upscale retail and 8 food and beverage options. Behind the original modernist façades, there are lashings of pale marble, extravagant floral displays, and intriguing contemporary art. There are infinity pools (one with a floating olive grove), beaches, a beachfront promenade and an extensive spa with ten treatment rooms.

Suite-Me-Up: Guest rooms are spread two buildings (the original Arion and the Nafsika) plus a number of bungalows amongst the pine trees. All have sea views.
