The DNA: Located opposite Montpellier’s main Saint-Roch train station, the dual branded (Golden Tulip and Campanile) hotel is set within the spectacular Le Belaroïa multi-use complex, designed by French architect Manuelle Gautrand. The Golden Tulip is obviously the sexier of the two – the Campanile being comfortable, but more utilitarian – with its rooms designed by Philippe Avanzi. However, both hotels share the same common areas, like the bistro-style restaurant, “Chez Delagare” featuring Mediterranean flavours and local products.
