The DNA: The hotel’s gastronomical restaurant “Notarishuys” (Michelin BibGourmand and Gault Millau 15 points) serves an à la carte menu of regional specialties using fresh and seasonal produce. It is set in a formal mansion, while the rooms at the rear in the cutting-edge “Pure Hotel” are set in a garden with a 200-year old beech tree. The minimalist interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows and furniture from well-known designers.
