Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof

Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof

The Vibe: An eclectic fantasyland that mixes the nearby Berlin Zoo with the Bauhaus Movement.

The Area: Tiergarten (Zoo), Charlottenburg – a short walk from KaDeWe, Germany’s most iconic department store, on Wittenbergplatz.

The DNA: Geometric elements and whimsical objects d’art that reference zoo animals can be found throughout the hotel, such as fish that ‘swim’ around the lobby columns, footprints of animals, and fitted carpets with zebra stripes prints. Black and white stripes and polka dots dress flooring, columns, and banquettes and nod to an oversized zebra, who guides guests to the Blend bar, a contemporary space with bold pops of blue, orange, and emerald green. Perhaps the most striking is an LED curtain along the ceiling with a series of rod-like pendants programmed to illuminate in different shapes offering unique designed drawings, which repeat the hotel’s style.

Suite-Me-Up: Room and suites are more pared down, decorated in whites and neutral grey and beige. There are 10 deluxe suites which offer all modern amenities.
