The Vibe: Classy.
The Area: Boasting a central location in Prague, 300 metres from Old Town Square.
The DNA: The Emblem is a luxurious and stylish hotel set in a building dating from 1908 which fuses several popular art movements from the time (Cubism, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Bauhaus and more). Very much an art hotel, it has collaborated with curatorial collective “Are”, creating a number of unique features allowing guests to further explore the art world of Prague. The complimentary ART WALK let one of Prague’s curators or artists take guests on a tour to show what this city’s art scene is really about. The hotel’s Maharal Club exhibits a growing contemporary art collection that features both local and international artists. It also acts as a member’s club available to guests offering complimentary teas, juices, and coffee all day; the four “Living Spaces” where guests can relax, watch TV, do some work, or use however they wish; and the “Emblem Hours” every day with complimentary wine and a chance to personally chat with one of our Guest Relations Managers. Plus, there is the Art Library, which includes several books graciously donated by local institutions. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of Prague centre. There is a luxurious spa and wellness area, comprising a fitness centre, a hot tub, a steam bath and a sauna – access is ✅ free for guests. Massages are available on request.
Suite-Me-Up: Rooms and suites come with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a flat-screen TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a safety deposit box and complimentary toiletries. For a proper James Bond experience, book the Suite Library: it has a fireplace and a secret passageway that leads to a large attic bedroom and bathroom. Art lovers will enjoy the works on display in The Atelier, while the Suite Terrace lives up to its name with a spacious outdoor terrace.
