The DNA: The LINE Austin is a hip hotel set in the former 1965 Crest Inn. A $19M renovation of the property brings extensive use of greenery, exposed concrete, sailcloth covered ceilings and organic flowing forms. The lakeside Bar at Arlo Grey is a full-service restaurant headed by Kristen Kish (a Top Chef winner) whose culinary style meshes French and Italian traditions with American soul food. There is a coffee shop and a rooftop lounge. Swimming pool and complimentary bike rentals, yoga, cardio kickboxing and group runs.

Suite-Me-Up: Rooms look out over either the lake or downtown Austin through the iconic full-length “brutalist” arched windows which have been replaced with insulated glass. Room facilities include a media hub for streaming personal content, some have a minibar with local drinks and snacks.
