Created by interior designer Natalia Tubella together with Lisbon-based architecture studio Base Geométrica, the hotel is an elegant study in restraint. Concrete, microcement, pale timber, natural stone, handmade Portuguese ceramics, woven wool textiles, Berber rugs, and carefully selected design classics create interiors that feel calm without ever becoming cold. Lighting from Santa & Cole, Marset, and Artemide adds warmth, while contemporary Portuguese photography and handcrafted objects reinforce the hotel’s local identity. Every material has been chosen. The 24 guestrooms continue the same quiet design language. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with Lisbon’s famous light, while pale oak floors, crisp linens, soft natural fabrics, and handcrafted details create restful spaces that feel effortlessly residential. Some rooms overlook the Tagus and the 25 de Abril Bridge, while others open directly onto private terraces beside the hotel’s tranquil courtyard garden. Simple. Elegant. Wonderfully peaceful.

The Courtyard at the Heart

As its name suggests, the courtyard is the soul of the hotel. Designed by landscape architect Elena Somalo, the lush garden combines Mediterranean, Atlantic, and tropical planting beneath the shade of palms and climbing greenery.
