The Area: In the historic centre of Rome, just 50 metres to the Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps. It is surrounded by the most famous boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Hermès, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Valentino, Armani, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Cartier…), but also by renowned restaurants, bars and tea & coffee houses of the Eternal City.

The DNA: Crossing Condotti is a luxury guest house situated on the first floor of a historic building, and filled with antiques, paintings and prints collected by the owner. It takes it name from what the Romans have done for centuries: stroll down the Via dei Condotti towards the Spanish Steps. At arrival guests will find a welcome tray with with all the necessities to prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate as well as snacks. A kitchenette, at guests’ disposal, is provided with Nespresso coffee machine, ice-machine and refrigerator offering free soft drinks throughout the day. The multilingual staff is available every day from 08:30 to 18:30. They will be pleased to give detailed information and to organize sightseeing, museum visits, transfers, car hire, table reservation and anything else to render this Roman stay a very comfortable and memorable one.

Suite-Me-Up: The luxurious rooms and suites have parquet floors, high (wooden) ceilings and feature quality beds, linens and furniture plus original art. Facilities include air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, SKY Pay-tv, direct dial telephone, and a laptop safe. Bathrooms have a tub-shower, complimentary toiletries, slippers, robes and a hairdryer. The suites also features a CD/DVD player and Turkish (spa) bath.
