Design Inspired by the Pacific Northwest

The interiors, created by Ennismore Design Studio together with Fettle, balance industrial honesty with residential comfort. Reclaimed timber, handmade ceramics, vintage rugs, woven textiles, locally commissioned artwork, and custom furniture soften the building’s robust structure. Forest greens, warm amber tones, deep blues, and natural materials subtly reference Oregon’s mountains, forests, and coastline without becoming overly thematic. Every detail feels considered, but never overworked.

Like every Hoxton, Portland’s public spaces are designed as living rooms for the neighborhood. Lovely Rita serves seasonal dishes inspired by the Pacific Northwest in an atmosphere that’s equally suited to breakfast meetings, long lunches, or evening cocktails. Upstairs, Tope Rooftop offers Baja-inspired cuisine, mezcal cocktails, and sweeping views across Portland’s skyline toward Mount Hood and the Cascade Mountains.
