Located on Rue des Martyrs in the lively South Pigalle district, HOY offers an alternative to the traditional Parisian boutique hotel by placing wellbeing at the centre of the guest experience. Design That Breathes

Set within a classic Haussmann building, the hotel’s 22 guestrooms balance Parisian character with contemporary serenity. Original parquet floors, mouldings, and Juliet balconies are paired with organic cotton linens, natural materials, neutral colours, and handcrafted furniture arranged according to Feng Shui principles. There are no televisions. Instead, guests find meditation cushions, stretching bars, stone acoustic amplifiers for their phones, reusable glass carafes purified with Japanese binchotan charcoal, and sustainably produced amenities. Every object serves a purpose. Nothing distracts from the atmosphere.

Nature at the Heart of the Hotel

The ground floor unfolds as a sequence of connected spaces. LA FLORERÍA, the hotel’s flower shop, fills the entrance with colour, fragrance, and seasonal arrangements before flowing naturally into the reception, bar, and restaurant. Handmade ceramics, locally crafted objects, dried flowers, and abundant greenery soften the minimalist interiors, creating a sense of calm that feels remarkably rare in the middle of Paris. The transition feels effortless. As though indoors and outdoors quietly merge.

Wellness Beyond the Spa

HOY approaches wellness as part of everyday life rather than an occasional indulgence. YUJ Yoga, Paris’s largest heated yoga studio, welcomes both guests and locals for infrared yoga sessions inspired by Japanese practice. Meditation, sound healing, Ayurveda, holistic therapies, creative workshops, and wellbeing consultations expand the programme beyond conventional hotel wellness. The emphasis is simple. Movement. Plant-Based with Soul

MESA de HOY reflects founder Charlotte Gomez de Orozco’s Latin American heritage through an entirely plant-based menu created with chefs Lauren Lovatt and Carolina Rodriguez. Colourful ingredients, bold flavours, and seasonal produce prove that mindful eating can be every bit as satisfying as it is nourishing. Breakfast continues the philosophy with inventive dishes alongside carefully prepared coffee, teas, and fresh juices. The food feels generous. Never restrictive.
