Today, thanks to the careful restoration by Zarch Collaboratives, the building has entered another chapter without losing the authenticity of its industrial past. History remains tangible. Industrial, Refined

Design studio Asylum approached the interiors with remarkable sensitivity. Original brick walls, timber trusses, steel detailing, and soaring pitched roofs establish a powerful architectural framework, softened by handcrafted lighting, woven rattan, warm textiles, bespoke copper details, and carefully curated furnishings. The result feels unmistakably industrial, yet surprisingly intimate and residential. Nothing feels nostalgic. Everything feels carefully balanced.

Rooms Shaped by the Architecture

The hotel’s 37 guestrooms embrace the individuality of the original warehouse. Triple-pitched roofs create loft-like spaces filled with natural light, while exposed heritage windows, muted colour palettes, rich textures, and contemporary furnishings establish a quiet sense of luxury. Original architectural features remain visible throughout, allowing guests to experience the building rather than simply stay inside it. Luxury feels honest. The architecture defines every room.

Celebrating Singapore Through Design

The Warehouse Hotel is deeply rooted in its local context. From room keys inspired by historic Mandarin typography to bespoke furniture created by Singaporean makers, the hotel quietly celebrates local craftsmanship without becoming overly thematic. Restaurant Po, created by celebrated chef Willin Low, continues that philosophy by reinterpreting classic Singaporean dishes with contemporary techniques and presentation. The rooftop lap pool offers a calm perspective above Robertson Quay. Its softly coloured tiles reference traditional Singapore coffee shops, while panoramic views across the river connect guests to one of the city’s historic trading districts. Down below, cafés, galleries, bars, and riverside promenades place the hotel within one of Singapore’s most vibrant creative neighbourhoods. The surroundings complete the narrative.
