Once the historic Hotel Bellevue, this century-old alpine inn has been transformed by Ramdane Touhami, the wildly inventive mind behind Officine Universelle Buly and Architecte Recherche Industrie.
After stumbling upon Mürren in 2022, Touhami fell hard for its unpolished beauty. He bought the Bellevue and began a transformation that respects the bones but flips the soul—part Wes Anderson, part Swiss nostalgia, all filtered through a sharply artistic Parisian lens.
Old Bones, New Life
Hotel Drei Berge retains its turn-of-the-century structure—wooden beams, chalet balconies, vintage shutters—but steps confidently into a new era. Interiors are playful, poetic, and provocatively eclectic. Touhami’s signature style is everywhere: custom textiles, hand-painted signs, nods to Belle Époque romanticism, and a serious affection for color and craft.
You’ll find flea market treasures, bespoke lighting, and an aesthetic that feels personal rather than polished. It’s less “luxury chalet” and more art installation disguised as an alpine inn.
