Design with a Narrative
Designed in collaboration with Swedish studio Stylt Trampoli AB, the hotel’s interiors feel like a perfectly aged wine: rich, layered, and full of character. Each of the 15 rooms has its own color story, using earthy palettes and tactile materials to create calming, cocoon-like retreats. Expect hand-finished details, Jensen beds, and textures that invite you to unplug and unwind. Original wood beams soar overhead, while soft linen, brass accents, and just the right amount of mood lighting give each space a quiet sophistication. It’s a cozy urban escape with depth and soul.
Cheese Cellar Turned Wine Den
Head downstairs and you’ll find a long communal table tucked inside the old cheese cellar—once packed with ripening wheels, now brimming with conversation, wine, and candlelight. It’s the kind of place where locals and travelers clink glasses over stories and small plates.
The hotel’s open kitchen restaurant is a local favorite, anchored by a dramatic antique chopping block and a bar that beckons for a Negroni (or two). Menus lean Swiss-international, with a focus on house-aged meats, seasonal veggies, and clean, satisfying flavors served without fuss.
