Modernism Rooted in Nature

Designed by Milan-based Genuizzi | Banal Architetti, the low-slung building sits gently within the vineyard. Raw concrete, corten steel, local stone, expansive glazing, and clean geometric forms create an architecture that feels bold yet remarkably discreet. Floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between inside and outside, while natural materials, restrained colours, and carefully considered proportions allow the surrounding mountains, vineyards, and changing light to become part of every space. Nothing competes with nature. Everything responds to it.

Six Suites, Complete Privacy

With only six accommodations, VIVERE feels wonderfully personal. Each suite has its own private entrance and garden, while sliding glass walls open directly onto the vineyards or the striking black saltwater pool. Interiors combine polished concrete, oak, linen, handcrafted furnishings, and subtle vintage touches, creating calm, uncluttered spaces where simplicity becomes a genuine luxury. Silence becomes part of the design. So does the light.

Living from the Land

The agriturismo remains very much alive. Breakfast showcases homemade jams, local cheeses, mountain honey, estate-grown olive oil, and wines produced from the surrounding vineyards, including the property’s own Merlot DOC. There is no formal restaurant, encouraging guests instead to explore nearby family-run trattorias or enjoy local produce beside the pool with a glass of wine from the honesty bar. Simple ingredients.
