This is the new hospitality. Lifestyle & Creative Hotels brings together the brands and concepts rethinking what a hotel can be—from social lobbies and cultural programming to co-working, co-living and spaces designed as much for locals as for overnight guests. Often concept-driven and sometimes part of a new-generation hotel group, these are places experimenting with how we work, meet, eat, sleep and travel. Not every idea will reinvent hospitality, but we like the hotels willing to try.
Set in a 1962 modernist office building, Hotel Daniel Vienna is a hip hotel located right next to Belvedere Palace and Vienna’s Hauptbahnhof train station. A sailboat sculpture (designed by Erwin Wurm) with a twisted hull hangs off the edge of the roof.
