The iconic architectural complex of “Largo do Botícario” in the Cosme Velho neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro is being redeveloped under AccorHotels’ JO&JOE hostel brand. AccorHotels bought the six houses that make up the architectural complex for R$20 million (4.6€m) and will invest an additional R$30 million (6.9€m) in renovations and furnishings.
