Hotel Ayllón is a boutique design hotel located in the Plaza Mayor (main square) of Ayllón, a medieval village in the provine of Segovia, Spain. Set in two renovated village houses, simple and sober but warm and comfortable at the same time. The space itself provides calmness and peacefulness, with shades of color that gives freshness just like the poppies in the surrounding wheat fields bringing an almost Scandinavian aesthetic.
